Franck Biancheri enters Time Magazine’s “Top 20 European
Heroes”
With the Newropeans Democracy Marathon, Franck Biancheri has entered the European Heroes Top 20 established by Time Magazine, and based upon voting of 25.000 people. There he joins a group of famous personalities like Bono, Zinedine Zidane, Jacques Chirac, Gerhard Schröder, Lech Walesa, Vaclav Havel, Tony Blair, John Paul II or Nelson Mandela. This result is a great relevance for all those in Europe who have made possible the success of the Newropeans Democracy Marathon. It also illustrates the fact that a new generation is entering the 'charts'. Indeed, together with Zinedine Zidane, Bono and Linus Torvalds, Franck Biancheri is one of the only 4 members of this Top 20 European Heroes, below 45. |
